Butler behält deine Abos im Blick: was sie im Monat und im Jahr kosten, wann die nächste Abbuchung kommt und wann eine Kündigungsfrist abläuft.

Damit ich schneller helfen kann, schreib bitte dazu: welches iPhone du nutzt, welche iOS-Version, und welche Butler-Version (steht in der App unter Einstellungen → Über → Version).
Butler erstellt Erinnerungen direkt auf deinem iPhone — dafür braucht die App die Berechtigung für Mitteilungen. Prüfe in den iOS-Einstellungen unter Mitteilungen → Butler, ob „Mitteilungen erlauben“ aktiv ist. Prüfe außerdem, ob bei dem Abo überhaupt eine Erinnerung eingestellt ist: in der Detailansicht des Abos unter Erinnerungen.
Ein Hinweis zum Fokus-Modus: Wenn „Nicht stören“ aktiv ist, wird die Erinnerung zwar erstellt, aber leise zugestellt. Sie liegt dann in der Mitteilungszentrale.
Das Jahresabo verwaltest du wie jedes andere App-Store-Abo direkt bei Apple — nicht in Butler. Öffne die iOS-Einstellungen, tippe oben auf deinen Namen, dann auf Abonnements, wähle Butler und dann Abo kündigen. Premium bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv. Der einmalige Kauf („für immer“) ist kein Abo und muss nicht gekündigt werden.
Das passiert typischerweise nach einem Gerätewechsel oder einer Neuinstallation. Gehe in Butler auf Einstellungen → Käufe wiederherstellen. Wichtig: Du musst mit derselben Apple-ID angemeldet sein, mit der du gekauft hast.
Ausschließlich auf deinem iPhone. Butler hat keinen Server und verlangt keinen Account. Details stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Einstellungen → CSV exportieren. Du bekommst eine Tabellendatei mit allen Abos, die du zum Beispiel in Numbers oder Excel öffnen kannst. Der Export ist auch in der kostenlosen Version enthalten — deine Daten bleiben deine, unabhängig davon, ob du zahlst.
Lösche einfach die App. Da alles lokal gespeichert ist, sind damit auch alle Daten weg. Es bleibt nichts auf einem Server zurück, weil es keinen gibt.
Butler ist für bis zu fünf Abos kostenlos — inklusive Erinnerungen, CSV-Export, Widget und Face-ID-Sperre. Premium hebt das Limit auf und zeigt den Preisverlauf. Wahlweise als kleines Jahresabo oder einmalig für immer. Keine Wochen-Abos, keine versteckten Kosten.

Butler creates reminders directly on your iPhone, which requires notification permission. Check Settings → Notifications → Butler and make sure “Allow Notifications” is on. Also check that the subscription actually has a reminder configured, under Reminders in its detail view. If a Focus mode such as Do Not Disturb is active, the reminder is still delivered — just quietly, into Notification Center.
The yearly plan is managed by Apple like any other App Store subscription, not inside Butler. Open iOS Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select Butler and tap Cancel Subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The one-time “forever” purchase is not a subscription and needs no cancelling.
This usually happens after switching devices or reinstalling. Go to Settings → Restore purchases in Butler. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you purchased with.
Only on your iPhone. Butler has no server and asks for no account. See the privacy policy for details.
Settings → Export CSV. You get a spreadsheet file with all your subscriptions that opens in Numbers, Excel or anything else. Export is included in the free version — your data stays yours whether you pay or not.
Delete the app. Everything is stored locally, so that removes all of it. Nothing is left behind on a server, because there isn't one.
